Working during Coronavirus
As a self employed person this is a particularly challenging and worrying time for small business like ours.
I would like to give some clarity and reassurance that window cleaners are permitted to work in isolation as long as they are following government guidelines and operating 2 metres away from other people.
In addition to the below measure I realise that many of my elderly customers may need some additional support during this difficult time. As I have always said and done for many of my customers, I am more than happy to continue to assist with collecting shopping, medication etc free of charge as always!
At times like this we all need to come together as a community and support each other and we will endeavour to help and assist in any way that we can.
“We really appreciate your support at this time, without it, honestly I don’t know what we would do!”
Wishing everyone a safe journey through this turbulent and hopefully brief period.
Warmest regards
Karl and Catherine Jackson
Further measures put in place:
Gardeners and Window Cleaners
People working alone, providing community services such as gardeners or window cleaners can continue to work.
"If they can go about their business safely this can be good for the community and we would encourage them to do so"...
